With over 30 years of experience in mountaineering, Lam Babu Sherpa is a highly skilled and seasoned mountain guide at Himalaya Land Treks & Expedition. His extensive background spans hundreds of expeditions and trekking adventures, including leading climbers to the summits of iconic peaks like Mount Everest, Ama Dablam, and Cho Oyu. His commitment to excellence has earned him the reputation of one of Nepal's most respected climbing leaders.

As a certified mountaineering instructor, Lam Babu Sherpa has played a pivotal role in shaping Nepal's climbing community. He has trained over 2000 aspiring guides and climbers through various mountaineering courses and rescue trainings. His teaching expertise includes rock climbing, high-altitude rescue, and advanced mountaineering techniques. He has led instructional courses in Nepal’s most challenging terrains, including the Khumbu, Langtang, and Manang regions, and has been actively involved in international mountaineering exchanges.
