Day01 Arrival at Kathmandu (1,320m/4,330ft)
On the first day of the Pokhara Sarankot Trek, you will arrive in Kathmandu, Nepal's capital city. You will be picked up from the airport and transferred to your hotel. After checking in, you can explore the city and get a taste of Nepalese culture and cuisine.
Day02 Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (820m/2690ft)

As we reach Pokhara, we will check into our hotel and freshen up. Pokhara is a popular tourist destination that offers stunning views of the Himalayan ranges, including Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Machhapuchhre. We can spend some time exploring the city, visiting its famous attractions, and indulging in delicious local food.
In the evening, we will prepare ourselves for the trek and get some rest to be ready for the adventure that lies ahead. The next day, we will start our trek from Pokhara to Sarankot, which is one of the most popular viewpoints in the region.
Day03 Drive from Pokhara to Phedi and Trek to Australian Camp
After having breakfast in Pokhara, we will drive towards Phedi which takes about 45 minutes by car. From Phedi, the trek towards Australian Camp starts. The trek from Phedi to Australian Camp is around 4.5 km long and it takes approximately 2-3 hours to complete.
The trek starts with a steep ascent, passing through beautiful forests of rhododendron and oak trees. The trail is well-marked, and you will have some stunning views of the surrounding mountains and landscapes.
Along the way, you will pass through the Dhampus village, which is known for its rich cultural heritage and beautiful architecture. The village is inhabited by the Gurung community and you will have the opportunity to learn about their customs and traditions.
After crossing the village, the trail continues through the forest and reaches Australian Camp. As the name suggests, Australian Camp was originally set up as a base camp for Australian trekkers.
